General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the authority operating the a365 platform and the user. By using the platform's services through the a365 website, mobile app, or any other channel, you automatically accept these Terms.

These Terms are drawn up in Bengali and apply to users residing in Bangladesh. Although support is provided in both English and Bengali, the Bengali version of this document is considered authoritative.

a365 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. If a user continues to use the platform after updated Terms are published, this is considered evidence of acceptance of the updated Terms.

Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Eligibility

To open an account on a365 and use any betting or casino service, the user must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Failure to submit the documents required for age verification may result in the account being suspended.

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in the permanent closure of the account, with no obligation to return any balance in such a case.

2.2 One Account Rule

Each individual, household, or shared IP address may hold only one active account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and if detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

a365 may request identity verification (KYC) at any time. This process may require copies of a national ID card, passport, or driving licence, proof of address, and payment method details. a365 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

Account Security

It is your sole responsibility to keep your a365 account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Use a strong password and change it regularly to keep your account secure.

You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity, contact the a365 support team immediately via live chat.

You may not allow any third party to use your account. Transferring or selling an account is strictly prohibited.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank) can be used to deposit money into a365. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Users may only deposit from a payment method registered in their own name.

Deposited funds will be added to the account after proper verification is completed. If a deposit is delayed due to a technical issue, please contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals generally take 5 to 30 minutes to complete. It is preferable for the withdrawal method to match the deposit method. Available withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete. Amounts subject to bonus wagering requirements that have not yet been met cannot be withdrawn.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on a365 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in cryptocurrency or foreign currency are not accepted.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

a365 offers new users a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000 they will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and the total balance will be ৳3,000. To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (i.e. for a ৳2,000 bonus, ৳30,000 in bets must be placed).

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific expiry period; the bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• A bonus will only be converted to real money after the wagering requirements have been fully met.
• While one bonus is active, another bonus cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated otherwise.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• a365 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

The a365 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit that returns a portion of the week's net losses. A Gold tier member can receive up to ৳100 cashback on a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 (৳20,000 × 0.5%). Users will be notified if VIP terms change.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Validity of Bets

All bets on a365 are accepted online. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled or changed. a365 reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a technical error.

6.2 Result Verification

In sports betting, bets will be settled based on the final result of the event. The results recognised by the official statistical body or the relevant sports authority will be considered authoritative.

6.3 Event Cancellation and Postponement

If an event is not completed within the scheduled time or is declared cancelled, the bet amount is generally refunded. However, separate rules may apply for specific sports or tournaments.

6.4 Casino Games

Results in live casino, slots, and other games are determined by a random number generator (RNG) or a live dealer. If a technical error occurs, the relevant round may be voided.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited, and if detected, the account will be closed immediately:

• Bonus abuse or use of bonus arbitrage methods.
• Opening multiple accounts to gain an advantage.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Match fixing or attempting to improperly influence the outcome of any event.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's details.
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or software bug in the platform.

Any winnings obtained through such activities will be forfeited and a365 reserves the right to take legal action.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by a365

a365 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account at any time due to a breach of terms, suspicious activity, or security concerns. In such cases, the user will be informed of the reason and the return of any valid balance will be reviewed.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your own account at any time through the support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any existing valid balance before the account is closed; however, any bonus for which wagering requirements have not been met will be forfeited.

Personal Data and Privacy

a365's detailed policy on the collection, storage, and use of users' personal data is described separately on the Privacy Policy page. By using the service, you are also agreeing to that policy.

User data is used solely for the purposes of providing services, identity verification, fraud prevention, and meeting legal obligations. Data is not shared with third parties, except where required by a valid request from a legal authority.

Responsible Gaming and Self-Limits

a365 believes that betting and gaming is a form of entertainment and should never become a problem. Detailed information and sources of support can be found in the Responsible Gaming guidelines.

Users may apply deposit limits, betting limits, or a self-exclusion on their account. Once these measures are activated, they cannot be reversed before the set period has ended.

If you are experiencing financial or personal difficulties due to gambling, seek help immediately and consider the option of permanent self-exclusion.

Limitation of Liability

a365 provides its services on an "as is" basis. a365 is not liable for service unavailability due to technical errors, internet outages, or other reasons.

a365 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages. Liability for direct damages will also remain limited at all times and will be settled on a case-by-case basis.

Betting and gaming carry financial risk. By participating on a365, you are considered to be aware of this risk and to have agreed to bear responsibility for your own decisions.

Changes to Terms and Termination of Agreement

a365 may change these Terms at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via a notice when accessing the platform.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. If a dispute arises, an attempt must first be made to resolve it with the a365 support team. To contact the support team or get answers to common questions, see the FAQ page.
